I was so disappointed in this software. I could not get it to work on my Vista 64 bit system even though I had contacted tech support
several times and they were so gracious and worked with me but their engineers just could not figure out why it would not
work on my system. The company is terrific and is issuing me a full refund. I would not hesitate to purchase other software
from them. The product is great is it works, easy to use and will produce great results especially if you are a beginner like me
in the video field. I gotta tell ya, they have the best tech support I have ever encountered and their patience and communication
were absolutely the best.

This is a great invention. I have been looking for this for many years, before it was even invented. it's about time technology is catching up. Other brands r not as good as this brand. Now I can take vhs & put to dvd or to flashdrive.

I bought an item requiring a 64 bit processor. In my ignorance, my computer is only 32 bit and has no USB2 port. Therefore I am unable to use the connecter I purchased. I should have bought the older model.
